400;\">Kronobiologi, cabang ilmu yang mempelajari ritme biologis organisme, telah menjadi bidang penelitian kritis dalam memahami hubungan antara waktu dan fungsi tubuh. Salah satu fokus utamanya adalah <\/span><b>ritme sirkadian<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, osilasi biologis berperiode ~24 jam yang mengatur proses seperti siklus tidur-bangun, metabolisme, dan regenerasi sel (Rosbash et al., 2007). Mekanisme ini dikendalikan oleh &#8220;jam molekuler&#8221; yang terdiri dari gen seperti <\/span><b>CLOCK<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>BMAL1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>PER<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dan <\/span><b>CRY<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, serta dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal seperti cahaya dan suhu (Takahashi, 2017). Baru-baru ini, disrupsi ritme sirkadian dikaitkan dengan patogenesis kanker, membuka peluang untuk aplikasi diagnostik dan terapeutik yang inovatif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Mekanisme Molekuler Ritme Sirkadian<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jam sirkadian pusat pada mamalia terletak di <\/span><b>nukleus suprachiasmatic (SCN)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hipotalamus, yang menyinkronkan jam perifer di organ seperti hati, ginjal, dan jaringan kanker (Mohawk et al., 2012). Pada tingkat seluler, disfungsi gen <\/span><b>PER2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dan <\/span><b>CRY1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ditemukan pada kanker paru dan kolorektal, menyebabkan gangguan apoptosis dan peningkatan proliferasi sel (Papagiannakopoulos et al., 2016). Pendekatan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">machine learning<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> untuk memprediksi &#8220;circadian signature&#8221; pasien dan pengembangan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wearable devices<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang memantau ritme biologis secara real-time menjadi fokus penelitian terkini (Hesse et al., 2023).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kesimpulan<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integrasi kronobiologi ke dalam onkologi diagnostik menawarkan paradigma baru untuk memahami kanker tidak hanya sebagai penyakit genetik, tetapi juga sebagai gangguan temporal.
