Metode ini dikenal karena kemampuannya mendeteksi molekul dalam konsentrasi rendah secara spesifik dan dapat diulang (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reproducible<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), sehingga sangat bermanfaat untuk diagnosis berbagai penyakit. Namun, ELISA memiliki keterbatasan pada tingkat sensitivitasnya. Hal ini mendorong Iordanishvili dkk. Pengukuran dilakukan pada panjang gelombang 450 nm, dan data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak CurveExpert dan SPSS.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>Hasil yang Menjanjikan<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penambahan nanopartikel perak meningkatkan sensitivitas ELISA secara signifikan. Misalnya, konsentrasi CTAs pada pasien kanker yang dideteksi menggunakan ELISA konvensional adalah sekitar 0,63 ng\/mL, sedangkan metode ELISA yang ditingkatkan dapat mendeteksi hingga 0,78 ng\/mL. Pada individu sehat, hasil serupa juga terlihat, dengan peningkatan sensitivitas dari 0,34 ng\/mL menjadi 0,47 ng\/mL.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>Kesimpulan<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Penggunaan nanopartikel perak dalam ELISA membuka jalan baru dalam diagnostik biomolekuler, khususnya untuk mendeteksi biomarker kanker seperti CTAs. Metode ini tidak hanya lebih sensitif tetapi juga ekonomis dan dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem diagnostik yang ada.
